I first built VideoConverter years ago as a private tool for converting videos and downloading them from YouTube, written in PHP with ffmpeg running on the server. This version is a ground-up rebuild in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript on ffmpeg.wasm, so everything now runs in your browser.
