A countdown for meeting breaks. Pick how long the break is, put it on the shared screen, and everyone can see how much time is left and the exact time they are due back. When it hits zero it chimes, turns red and keeps counting the overtime, so nobody can say they missed it.
Pick a quick duration or type the minutes, and add a message like “Coffee break”. Press Start and the timer fills the screen with just your message and the time left. Tap or click it to pause and bring the buttons back, and tap again to carry on. Exit leaves full screen. Running late? +1 min and −1 min work while it counts. Keys: Space starts and pauses, R resets, F goes full screen, + and − change the minutes.
Save as HTML downloads one small file with your minutes, message and sound setting baked in. Keep it on the desktop of the meeting room PC and open it in any browser, no internet needed. Copy link gives you a link with the same settings to put on a presentation slide, so one click opens the timer ready to start. It looks like this: breaktimer/?m=15&label=Lunch.
